Did you know that reflexology techniques can help support your baby’s health and wellbeing?

Whether an activity for you, or a gift for someone else with a new baby, in these practical and sociable sessions you’ll gain knowledge of simple baby massage, and specific foot reflexology techniques which are said to help to relieve conditions such as reflux, colic, coughs, colds, constipation, diarrhoea and teething pain. Reflexology may also calm your baby, promote relaxation and, whisper it… improve sleep!

Each session includes informative handouts, and complimentary refreshments.

This 3-week course is suitable for all babies from age 4 weeks to approx 6 months (non-mobile babies only). Sessions last approximately 1 hour.

Little Lift takes place at ClearSpace, near Tesco, Wadebridge. Plenty of parking nearby.

Places are limited to 6 parents per course. All equipment is supplied.
